What Data May Be Deleted

Upon request, we may delete:

• WhatsApp conversation history stored in our system

• Contact details stored in our CRM

• Marketing subscription data

• Account information associated with your email or phone number

Exceptions

We may retain certain information where required by law, including:

• Transaction records for tax or legal compliance

• Records necessary to resolve disputes
